Gyms in south Stockholm: A guide to the best fitness centers

If you live near one of the green subway line’s end stations, Hagsätra, you are close to one of the southern city’s most well-equipped training facilities, Flex Hagsätra. How about functional training with kettlebells, Bulgarian bags, slam balls, wall balls, battle ropes, sleds, farmer’s walk, weight vests, plyobox, air bikes, and punching bags. Add to that a just as well-equipped gym with, among other things, weight machines, plate load machines, and several power racks.

And if that wasn’t enough, there’s a cardio park with everything you need to build up your fitness and increase your burning of calories – treadmills, stair machines, cross trainers, and rowing machines are just a few examples. As you can see, not much is missing here when it comes to equipment. Great premises, fantastic staff, and opening hours from 5 am – 10 pm all year round make Flex Hagsätra a complete gym. And if it doesn’t suit you geographically, there are more clubs in the area, Farsta for example.
