Trondheims-Ørn did as Sandviken already in 2020. Since then, the arrows have only pointed one way.

Now Brann’s women’s team is heading in the same direction.

Last season, Sandviken won both matches against Rosenborg, which finished second in the table.

In 2019, Trondheims-Ørn had a budget of eight million kroner. After two years in the white and black Rosenborg suits, the budget has more than doubled, and was NOK 19 million for the season 2021. Chairman of the board of Rosenborg Ballklub Women, Ørjan Engen, believes the club change has been a strong contributing factor to the increase.
