The Borgarting Court of Appeal came on Friday with the verdict in the appeal case of former cultural profile Gaute Drevdal.

Gaute Drevdal was first sentenced to 13 years and six months in prison for nine rapes. The former cultural profile has constantly denied criminal guilt and appealed the verdict.

After the Court of Appeal’s hearing, the sentence has been greatly reduced. He has now been sentenced to one year in prison for one sleep rape.
