Live Nation is Norway’s largest concert organizer. This year they wanted to arrange a concert at Voldsløkka in Oslo. They were not allowed to do so. Now they meet the municipality in court.
Live Nation believes that Oslo Municipality gives one player advantages, and creates distortion of competition. The Oslo District Court writes in a review of the civil case that will now be processed.
In the case, Live Nation asks the district court to convert the municipality’s decisions regarding agreements, allocations and the use of Voldsløkka for concerts.
