That’s how we calculated
We have looked at all support for charging stations granted since 2015 and until 30 November 2021 within the state grants Klimatklivet, Ladda car and Ladda heima, all three of which are administered by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, through the tax reduction for Green Technology, and through the Swedish Transport Administration’s contribution to public fast charging stations.
We have then divided these into public and non-public charging stations, and analyzed these separately, and set the size of the support in relation to the population on 1 November 2021 in each municipality and county.
The survey thus does not answer where in the country there are the best or worst charging conditions, but only how the state support has been distributed geographically.
A small proportion of the applications could not be linked to a specific municipality. Therefore, for some municipalities, we do not report an exact figure, but a range within which the actual figure lies.
