– Basically, I am just as uninterested in electricity as the average Norwegian. Electricity is electricity, there are no quality differences.

But Inger Lise Blyverket has no choice. As consumer director, it is her job to know most about kilowatt-hours, spot prices and electricity agreements. So that she can help us consumers to understand the electricity bill – and to choose the cheapest supplier.
