Seven years ago, Trine Dahl Bruseth lost 27 kilos. She managed this by going for long walks in the mountains and changing her diet. The 51-year-old from Ålesund kept the same weight for two to three years. But then she went on a rampage and lost motivation.
– I love to go for a walk, but I did not get anyone out with me. Then I got bored. I got it “up my throat” and wanted to do other things, says Bruseth.
