On Sunday night, Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok announced his resignation.
It reports, among others, AFP, Sky News Arabia and Reuters.
Earlier Sunday, two people were killed in the latest in a series of demonstrations against the country’s military. Hamdok was ousted in a coup on October 25, but was reinstated on November 21 after agreeing to a political deal with General Burhan.
The agreement has been criticized for being a gift to the military and for giving the coup legitimacy.
